how to edit lockscreen ring of a downloaded skin? i've recently downloaded sense5ish theme from venom hub, but i still want the lockscreen ring of the Matte skin.

Edit:

here's the apk of my downloaded skin and the lockscreen ring of the matte skin (i also included the lockscreen ring wave). i hope you can work that for me. thanks in advance.

and btw, is there a chance you could also change the app drawer button like that of sense5? i also included the pic.

Sure. One tiny issue, the apk you've attached seems to be way too small to be a skin. Could you reupload it?

home_icon_btn.png is in the apk inside sense 5 theme folder..
I changed it but dont have paid version of VTS , and bcz of that i dont want to upload it..
The VTS watermark looks ugly..

I just saw that home icon in the One forum. Someone requested to pull the png file for his personal use.. though i didn't read about how and where did they pull the png from..

Where did you find it? Did you look in assets>sense5>drawable>shared.m10? I can't find any home_icon_button.png there when i open the shared.m10 in VTS..

yes it's in there with the name "home_icon_all_apps"....
by the way i downloaded the skin from here ( http://ruhdrom.net/hub/skins/JB/QHD/ ) ...
Its a venom hub from where files can directly be downloaded to pc..

Thanks very much again! one last question, how do you edit the overall white background within apps? Like when in messaging app or in settings.. i noticed that when i'm using the "matte" skin, the white background is somewhat grayish, but when using the default HTC skin, it's yellowish..

No problem!
Tbh, I'm not sure. Usually app backgrounds are set in the app itself. However, HTC might have implemented something to allow the background to change with an external skin. I'll see if there's anything in the fusion.apk or the skin apks.

After flashing one of these lockrings some frames are missing. For example the frame of a folder on homescreen or frames of widgets. Is this normal?

i have ARHD 21 but i am using a custom skin though...

btw flashed one of your sense 4.1 ring in a hurry didn't do anything as i have sense 4+ XD

Hmm.. I don't think my mod should have affected that. Which Sense version are you on? I only modify the lockring image, so not sure how other images could be affected.
