Thought I would share some splashscreens I made today for myself. Sharing because this tool makes my life so much easier, thx!
Also linking it because the attachments are a bit small (dont feel like compressing my files).

Hardly jobo is the real genius for this converter. But glad you liked it. It was fairly easy to do. I can share the .psd file with you guys and you can put whatever transparent picture you want really and it'll be behind the HTC logo with that "faded look". All you guys would have to do is resize whatever picture you want behind the HTC logo to your liking. Let me know if you guys would be interested.

No, that could not be it.
You must flash in recovery (not in bootloader/RUU-mode) and you must be S-Off.
What is your error message?

I had a 1920x1080 wallpaper but the bootimage turns out to be too small.

Im S-Off and and runninger ViperS Rom on International M8, but it's still the original splasscreen that comes up.
I have even tried with one of splashscreens build by you.
