Yes it works. Just flash thru CWM or TWRP.
Yet I flash in TWRP now and have no problems.

This really boosted mine, there is no lag while scrolling on long lists that occured sometimes and network speed is also faster now (chrome loads faster, play store is flying)

Of course it will.

V4 will have all these tweaks.

No there isn't. As long as you don't have any custom binary count you're fine.

Did you wipe Cache Partition & Dalvik cache, if not do that and reflash that theme again.

Already done that before the first flash an the script itself is doing it to...
