I tried with stock odexed and it made my settings disappear cleared cache and dalvik and fixed permissions still didn't work. And any other rom it makes my settings icons look like the peoples rom even changes the build name to peoples rom...if I had a computer I would try and decompile a stock sec settings change the value and post it sorry just thought someone might have it by chance no biggie I guess :beer:

Just replace it using the app he linked. Make sure you delete the Settings.odex or you'll get bootloops, but otherwise it should work fine.

That's odd. I tried that and it still shows as modified for me under settings, about phone, status.
