[MOD] Enable Camera2Api in Mi4C

Mod adds an entry to build.prop enabling Camera2Api.

"persist.camera.HAL3.enabled=1"

The package contains converted libraries.

libmmcamera_imx258.so

libmmcamera_imx258_sunny.so

Works only on Miui10 Android 7.0, tested on Miui10 8.8.3 by xiaomi.eu.
MOD has no effect on the original Miui Camera.

The first installation in TWRP installs MOD, re-installation restores files to the stock version.
Package for installation in TWRP: twrp-camera2api.flip.fix.mi4c.v2

DSLR Camera, OpenCamera and some versions of Google Camera work properly.

Yes,snapdragon camera is laggy.

Face Unlock does not work. The same in Instagram, can not start the front camera. Miui10 by xiaomi.eu.

If anyone is interested, this mod worked for me on LineageOS 14.1. Had to restart a couple of times and for some reason disable and re-enable persist.camera.HAL3 in BuildProp but it works flawlessly now.

did it make the phone laggy? like it has an 512mb ram.

PS: Just checked the memory usage, it's normal (the same old 1.3GB average).

I mean, when it was processing the potrait photos. I use arnova 1.7, and it makes my phone laggy. Too much force close and sometimes need restart

Set HDR parameters default or medium,hdr quality JPEG 98-100
