If someone could direct me to the file to flash just to Deodex my phone that would be great. I'm at work so I'm limited... haha!
Didn't work. I booted into CWM, applied the 15 second zip file, then wiped Dalvik, then rebooted.
Soft key back light still only lasts 4-5 seconds.

what rom are you using? Also back a few pages, i dont know on what page... I posted instructions for manual install... Try that.... Like i said, let me know what rom you are using and what kernel (the exact kernel).
forgot to wipe dalvik in my haste, but all seems to be working fine.

I'm running Birdman's kernel i think. It should be his first release with BLN. If you need other system info, lemme know. As far as I know, my phone is not deodexed. How do I check? What are the pros/cons of deodexing?

did you ever flash a new rom? I would highly recommend jt's super clean.... Deodexed roms run a lot faster.

No ROM, just stock. Not comfortable with adb, man
you should use rom manager.. jt's rom is on there now...and so is my backlight mod...you can do everything through rom managerNo ROM, just stock. Not comfortable with adb, man

So I can just install it through here without having to do ANYTHING else?
