[HOW TO] Enable toggle for Air Messages
Go to /system/csc and open others.xml

Add this line "GlassMsg":

Add this line in the final of the file:

Save and after reboot and you have the toggle, if the toggle dont show go to /data/data and delete this folder "com.android.providers.settings" and reboot

If you want floating messages in your language
Please send me the file that is in attachments translated in your language
I recommend DONT use google translate for bad translations

Make this, Remember only deodexed ROMS:

After following instruction on others.xml , toggle still not show up..

Tested on i9500 prism barebone v15 5.0.1 TW

Are you sure that the older apk has been deleted? Trying to Wipe Data of the app?
