Thanks ! I'll try this one with the s5 sms apk but I'm not very hopeful. It seems not to be working on n3 with odex rom, only s5.

I know. I've tried almost all the messages apk modded for air messages [emoji29]
I didn't success to make it work on my n9005. If somebody with a n9005 running 5.0 odexed stock rom succeed in that comes here, please let me know how to do. It's driving me crazy !!

It's working on S5 odexed rom, why not on n3 ? [emoji18]

Look at this thread. Author explains how to get the floating message toggle with SQLite Editor.

Make this, Remember only deodexed ROMS:
Enable toggle for Air Messages
Go to /system/csc and open others.xml

Add this line:
Code:
<CscFeature_Common_EnableAirMessage>TRUE</CscFeature_Common_EnableAirMessage>
Save and after reboot and you have the toggle, if the toggle dont show go to /data/data and delete this folder "com.android.providers.settings"

i got a black screen when i delete this file and reboot .. any way to make it work ??

I know the title says minimum for android 4.4.4, I wonder if there is a slight chance for this to work on 4.4.2?
Also, is there any extra files to edit (secsettings, systemui, etc) or just the lines posted in the OP?
