Tried on I9500 working.....try it on your variant but backup your SecLauncher.apk and the odex file if it Odexd you only replace the SecLauncher.apk the Quick Settings is SystemUi Theme

Works fine with Echoe V18 On galaxy s 4 I9505 by just flashing the file in recovery..:good:

It must be custom one like TWRP and CWM !

The app drawer is the stock one only the icons are changed its VRTheme
