Do i have to restart and clean catches? Without doing that i just tried yet still the same(no sound)

Just boot to recovery and wiped catches now my camera cannot open error saying that camera keep stopping!
I use oneplus2 camera port and google camera

Cleaning cache is optional. But still do it.
Which camera app that you used. Try all camera apps that i mentioned.
And send me the screenshot of the information of the recorded video as shown in the 1st post.

That only happens if you set permissions incorrectly.
Set it to rw-r-r

Just tried it but no luck! Some time skipping sound came!(like playing very scratchy cd's :D)

The video settings looks normal. Do one thing.
Open MX player > click on 3 dot menu > select settings > select decoder > turn on hw+ decoder(screenshot) > play the video > select HW+ ( screenshot)

Just tried your recommend but still the outcome the same!... Im just reverted back to the original media_profiles.xml at the moment!
I hope you can fix it by installing lineageOS and use oos 3.5.6 camera port! :p

In the screenshot mentioned, use hw+ audio codecs. Heaac might be the culprit here in custom roms.
