I think those roms could have some problems on framework files....
...if you can,you can try by fulldeodexing the rom and try again...

Both roms use DdcCabuslay's or BDFreak's ported Z1 frameworks respectively, I wonder if it's related.
Also, how can I fully deoxdex my current rom?

Yes,odexed files will be skipped..
