No, deodex, as the name suggest, remove ".odex" files in the rom. I don't really know what it mean by doing so but the advantage of having a deodexed rom is more flexibility to customize rom with framework mods, in other word deodexed rom has more compatibility to various modded frameworks.
To deodex stock 587 Rom just flash Rom deodex'er from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2075812

i think thats because there are some conflicted apk in the system/app , like doubled apk with same function but different name , or compatibility problem with your ROM
Have you try this mod on clean rom install??
I am pretty sure this framework is working awesome,,
Tested by me on clean install rom,,and I applied this mod after 3x reboot :thumbup:

hey.... thanks mate.... i installed it and it was great.....Clean install I mean is a 1st time that you flash a new rom bro..
Is it a way to install it if my recovery don't see my sd card? Root explorer without problems, I don't know what is wrong with my card, was ok but now no. I chceked a different cwm and kernels. Can in copy it to system by root explorer?

since replacing framework.apk while the phone on, u will get bootloop, u can't do this without cwm! I experience that with xperia.
