So, i took everything out of jobayer's wp8 thread (most of the credits for him) and made a flashable zip for it. This will not reeplace any of your current apks (contacts, messaging, etc) because ROMs use different names to identify them (like unlimited uses Mms.apk but Smultronic uses Conversations.apk and i'm noob to understand anything of that), so let's go:

Features:

-Windows 8 bootanimation
-Windows Phone 8 SystemUI
-Windows Phone 8 Launcher
-Windows Phone 7 Contacts
-Windows Phone 7 Messaging
-Windows Phone 7 Calculator
-Windows Phone 7 Music Player
-Windows Phone Notifications

How to install:

-Copy .zip to SD Card
-Reboot in CWM
-Flash ZIP from SD Card
-Reboot
-Enjoy!

UPDATE:

I've installed it and.. there's no status bar. I'm not sure if it's really supposed to be like that. I saw QuickPanelSettings in the attached zip but that doesn't show up (no status bar).

Will it be possible for you to post more screenshots of the SystemUI?

SystemUI worked good for me, even the quickpanelsettings. You can download it separately from this link, and flash it (delete your quickpanelsettings.apk in case you have one)

i have problem with this too !
i installed this,but after reboot when at the startup it says that "Unfortunatly , systemUI stopped working" and my status bar is disappeared !
also the only change is just my home screen. my messaging and etc. will remain same as before.
how can i fix this? plz help

Yes, like i said this add the apps it doesn't reeplace the ones you already have! Try wiping cache & dalvik before flashing, and delete any quickpanelsettings in system/app before installing
