This is a great mod, but i can't edit/modify (add, replace) system app anymore.
ex: when i try to replace the DefaultThemes.apk it always says: DefaultThemes.apk copy failed.

I'm using Lupus kernel...
Any solutions?

you should use root explorer and use r/w method

I'm using ES File Explorer, and already mounted it as rewritable... still i can't edit the system app... (i can delete an app, but i can't paste any app to system/app)...

*****Installation*****
1_always make a backup from CWM recovery
2_Just flash it from CWM, reboot and enjoy
*****Custom Images Replacer*****
1_Open "v7.2_Custom_Images_Replacer.zip" it with 7-Zip (or another .zip manager)
2_Go to folder \serajr\system\app\SystemUI.apk\res\drawable-mdpi\ & \drawable-hdpi\
3_Replace the image files by your own custom png files (keep same name and pixel size) (user image size should be 160w*90h=or=3264w*1836h)
4_Ok, now flash it on CWM Recovery. A backup folder with original SystemUI.apk will be created in your sdcard (serajr-backup), delete it if you want

Hi this (2.5) version have a little bug....when i install this mod the app Walkman stop working i dont know why....i tried to wipe dalvik cache and is the same problem.....

It's quite a big mod (120g).

If the rom i use has 326 Mg and i have free on system around 73 Mg, i guess it's not ok to flash it?

I see that Ultimate HD 3.0.2 has 309 Mg, which is also quite big.

It is, not everything is flashed, its with AROMA.
Like a ROM, which has 300mb and flashes 200mb

bro, can u give us a setting for "how long" to kill app via back button ? because sometimes when i just want to "back"/not kill, app gone & forced stop, so not life in the backgroud.

maybe u can add setting for milisecond - second for applying hold back button to kill app in the foreground.

i just want set hold delay to 2 second for kill app.

Warnings!!!
1.do not do everythings at the same thime , you need reboot after each step and let your phone fully boot up
for example : install rom , reboot , fully boot up , install mod reboot fully boot up , wipe data/factory reset , reboot fully boot up , wipe cache and dalvik ,reboot fully boot up
2.my mod don't need any wipe ,my mod do wipe dalvik & cache by it self
3.you should not do wipe "cache/dalvik" and "wipe data/factory reset " at the same time , it cause many problems
4.if your home button don't work or if you have a problem , wipe everything (system cache dalvik data ) and do every thing step by step
5.don't select UHD for DefaultThemes , it have some bugs
6.if you have some problems from version 4.7 , it will be better if you wipe everything and install UHD ROM v4.0 and install my mod again
