[mod] Increase sound volumes on ND8

Just a basic mod to increase overall sound volume on stock ND8 tw rom.
Did this for me, decided to share to hold everyone over until the guy that regularly does this decides to make his usual 30% 50% and 100% mods

I installed bilgerryan's Wicked X ROM this morning, and the sound is louder than I'd like.... can I flash the second zip to get back to the stock volumes?

100% or 80%, I believe. I know it's more than the 50%.

There's (roughly) 100% 50% and stock... I could probably do more of enough people want them

Heres a 30% one I just did. Thanks to enewman17 for the volumeboost.zip from 4.3 that I looked at to find what he used in there. Somebody else might of done it first but thats who I got it from. Thanks to lemonboi5 for telling me where to look in the file also.

Just wanted to let you know that I have a s3 L710 .flashed your WIP black theme and its great.cant wait for the release.i hope you add the ability to flash custom pull downs and the 1% battery mod....hey I have a awesome black carbon image you can use for a system framework background, lol..anyway great work.
