So what you need to do is download the zip file of the job transitions from this thread
Visit my channel on youtube http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1738329
And then boot into recovery using ics bootstrapper , go into mounts and storage and choose mount system
Then flash the zip.
Open appear from app drawer and see the new transition
Get ics bootstrapper from here - http://www.mediafire.com/?or4or2498ja5zcn

Curious, seeing the Razr and D4 use essentially the same setup, will it work for the D4 as well?

Words of Caution:
This mod slows down my phone, specifically on the Epic Citadel. I just confirmed that this night, when i use the framework-res.apk with the modded animation, the average fps is 47fps, when i revert back to stock framework-res.apk, the average goes back again to 52.9fps. So be careful when you choose to do so. Better wait for JB i think for now.
