Will this work for the latest 4.4.3 update?

The mod simply modifies the framework to not display the nag.
I would not advise flashing 4.4.2 framework files onto a 4.4.3 based rom.
In other words, no, you would need a mod made for the 4.4.3 base.

hey carm01 wifi nag doesn't need to be disabled through the framework-htc-res.apk you can disable it through the acc/default.xml as well

oops forgot to include the edits

disable wifiofflload at the end (set it to false) and set the wlan wifi status to "1" instead of "2"
