Yeah found out the hard way replaced famework-res and got a bootloop luckily I had a backup and restored in no time. Could there be a way or tutorial so I can make this for ics ?

Sorry mate, but I've changed so many things - I'm unable to remind every step I did.
I recommend you to upgrade to Jelly Bean, there's no reason (except maybe for FM tuner) to stick with ICS.

Maybe he can explain this better than me.

I don't guarantee my mod working on any custom ROMs, because I don't know what they have changed in framework to get their things done. Generally you may leave SystemUI.apk out of my package, just open with WinRAR and delete the file. (Don't do this as my script deletes SystemUI.odex - when you flash such a modified package, you'll get a boot loop!)
Lockscreen changes are only in framework-res.apk - see the OP which changes I've done to both files.

Nope, Omars Rom doesn't contain the SD Switch. I always use your Mods with Omar's Rom and got no Problems.

If you replace this file only, then: Yes.
If you flash my package including SystemUI.apk (there are only style changes for status bar), then you must change this as well.

I made a mistake: If you delete SystemUI.apk from my package only and flash this CWM, you'll get a boot loop because the script deletes the corresponding SystemUI.odex file!!

So, you may replace framework-res.apk by hand with a Root Explorer and you are good to go.
