Thank awesome could of used this the other day. Updated to ma6 an had no data an prl was reading 0 under settings. An no way to update it had to get new phone.

Ok this is interesting but I'm not schooled in resetting the prl can this method be explained in detail on how to and the benefit for a not so noober?

lol its not retarded its useful
It's also dicking over the company in a massive transition time for them. Keep screwing with them and they'll cancel your line.

Personally, I think changing your PRL to the roaming one is just blackhearted. You are literally cheating. Rooting and roming your phone is one thing. Raping your carrier because you don't think you have good enough data speeds is another. If you want to be on Verizon's network so badly, then switch over. Don't screw Sprint over, especially when you knew what you were getting into switching to the Never Now Network.
