(MOD)Mini tutorial to unlock the phone at LRG / LRI / LRK

I have network locked when install JB.
Then i root the phone and install the New LINK Old Free version, and after that i have a free network phone.

I have managed to unlock my phone. now here's the problem. for some reason. I unlocked the network via galaxys_unlock but for some reason I'm unable to go on my T-mobile network's internet. When I tried to change the settings in "wireless and networks" it tells me that i need to "insert sim card to access network service" when clearly I have my sim card inserted.

please help
