Hi Folks

This is a mod NFC service that runs at boot. It allows you to scan NFC tags either with the screen totally off, or with the screen on but still at the lockscreen. By default nfc will not work unless the screen is on and unlocked. download one of the zips below, and flash it via recovery (tested with Omega Rom). To restore to stock, just pick the stock version.

Also build JUBMG3 and onwards has a further feature which allows NFC payments to work on deodex roms. credits to romracer, for the original mod to disable the signature checking

any feedback appreciated.

Remember to backup before flashing. for that just it case situation.

p.s. remember people that leaving the NFC on all the time can leave you phone open to security breaches. so please be careful when using this mod.

will this work with SCH-R970?

this is exactly what I've been looking for. wondering if this would work on the USCC R970 rooted, stock 4.3 rom?
if so, is there a particular file that would be best? and is there a way to back up my current configuration? guessing the proper file to restore my model isn't listed here.

Really missing this now I'm on lollipop. I used to use a tag in the car to enable Bluetooth and portable hotspot without taking my phone out of my pocket. Has anyone found an alternative to this without xposed?

I know this is an older post but I'm working at getting it working natively on lollipop with screen off. I'll post the fix for android L when I can confirm its working, there is an additional edit.
