Ok, I see the mod here is strictly usb charging mod which only does physically plugged in with usb power, either with power adaptor or pc usb connection.
To disable wireless charging popup, the following guide must be follow for SystemUI edits too on my guide thread. Hopefully, the same edits apply for android 5.1.1. We don't have that version yet but many of the guides can still be adapted for use here.

But this presents a new problem since SystemUI.apk is the most highly edited system file and if the modification is done for wireless charging, it will create problems for users running other custom mods or roms. Just saying... ;)

Direct link to Post #4, guide is within there:

I installed this mod and it put me in boot loop. T-mobile S6, rooted but didn't have a custom rom. I thought it was low risk, so I didn't worry about a backup. Big mistake on my part. Had to delete my OS and flash a custom one. Once up and running on the custom rom, mod seems to work perfect. Live and learn, always have a backup

Flashed it and now my s6 won't reboot anymore.

Can get in to twrp but that's all.

So can I change or delete something in filemanager to get my s6 working properly again?

Please help me if you want ..

Thanjs

It depends if twrp mounts storage so you can see it on pc while its plugged in.
But I don't know what you're running on the phone now. If youre using a deodexed rom, you can just extract the framework/services.jar from the custom rom and insert it in place of the revert to stock zip and flash it but you cant do this it might be best just to flash the stock factory tar with odin and start over.

Yeah. Did the factory flash with Odin. 4 times. The s6 stays in the screen with the s6 logo. Can not do anything with it... :(

Can't turn it of or nothing. Phone getting very hot and all I can do is wait till it burns up inside?

Now what am I supposed to do :(

Rooted on stock TW 5.1.1 SM-G920F and got a bootloop with this zip that i flashed with TWRP on Unikernel.
Had to reflash the entire OS :(
Please mention this in OP for you don't want a riot on your hands :p

Bootloop on S5 Neo (SM-G903F) with rooted 5.1.1. stock rom too...
The back-to-stock ZIP didn't work, still have a bootloop!

Only TWRP recovery saved my day!
