So, as some already know, I did a mod of the old Android music player, the small one - but this was "fake" holo and there were some glitches, so I did it anew. Real Holo design, smarter and all layout bugs removed (hopefully).
You may install this app normally. Eventually this does not work if you have Google Music installed - then you must delete Google Music.
This player is provided "as is": no further language support than english, no Google Music API (because there isn't any official) and no folder support.
If somebody knows, how to find the broadcast intent for the lock screen widget in the smali's, please leave an answer. At this time the lock screen shows "Track - Album", this is standard Android behaviour, but I'd rather like to have "Track - Artist" - haven't found it in hours unfortunately.
