aye. everytime i do it... i end up softbricking and have to start over.

even tho root removes the knox apps, there are checks for knox in the stock kernel... which is why we need EngBoot. The dev kernel doesnt have the knox checks

Then remove where the root.bat removes knox... you will have to run on an older firmware, as newer firmware blocks root

you'll have to find what the full package names are foe your apps and add them to both /data/data/rib_allowed and /data/data/wl_allowed

phone i dont know... i get calls on mine without issue unless im in my basement (whic is full concrete without windows)

i forgot about the wake lock! thanks, ill try and report back, really appreciate your help.

still no phone calls, using stock phone, stock rom (rooted), i cannot make sense of this, added all the apps that i needed to wake lock and RIB list. still no go. even after an uninstall of the tweaks , phone is not working properly (no phone calls, text messages) , going to have to do a full factory reset. Something seems wrong with the connection to network or something?

if you uninstalled the tweaks mate... the issue lies elsewhere.

Not factory reset if it's system error, flash stock in odin

i did not, thats what im trying to find out now - its like after the run in background tweaks, the apps dont come back online for me. i dunno - its weird, i love the tweaks tho, hopefully i can narrow down whats causing the issue.
