GPU Tweaks​

-EGL Config (Disable CPU rendering) -Original thread

delete the first line "0 0 android", leaving the "0 1 adreno200" line

-AdrenoBooster v0.3 'Minimum Edition'-Original Thread

The AdrenoBooster mod utilizes configuration methods built into the Adreno driver to draw out the very best of the Adreno 2XX series. Amongst other configurations one notable configuration is the enabling of compressed textures, this increases performance on older generation chipsets to make them last just that little bit longer.

-Build.prop Tweaks

logcat.live=disable
debug.performance.tuning=1
debug.sf.hw=1
video.accelerate.hw=1

How to Disable CPU Rendering​

-Download Disable_CPU_Rendering.zip and flash it lol
-Reboot twice and Enjoy

How to Enable CPU Rendering(If you want to go back)
-Download and flash Enable_CPU_Rendering_GB.zip if you are on Stock GB like .42 or .62 or .69
-Download and flash Enable_CPU_Rendering_CM7.zip if you are on CM7

How to install AdrenoBooster
Requirements
Init.d support
Root
-Download and flash Adreno_Booster_v0.3_Minimal_Edition.zip
if you want to delete the mod flash Adreno_Booster_Removal_Tool.zip

antutu result without taking sd card io is 7357 with an amazing 3d rating
nenamark 1 is really awesome without cf3d and cf3d makes only 1-2 fps difference
nenamark 2 is pretty low but i can simply just say one thing "I DONT CARE"
can just say that its a really nice mod
gangstar rio was smooth as is is but smoother now

I tried these mods on my WT19i, and these are my benchmark results:

Disabled CPU Rendering (1GHz): 7840
Disabled CPU Rendering (1.4GHz): 8688

I tested playing The Dark Knight Rises, and apparently, there are some small yet noticeable lags. I tried enabling CPU rendering, and it seemed to fix it - gameplay is 99% smooth. The new benchmark results are:

Enabled CPU Rendering (1GHz): 7564
Enabled CPU Rendering (1.4GHz): 8508

I'm gonna stick to having CPU rendering enabled, as I'm quite the gamer. Anyway, thanks for posting this!

Mine stops at 5k. Please tell me how to do that? In this thread there are 3-4 methods, I am confused which one to apply? (i am totally a new guy,do not have much knowledge) will it work if I flash .zips? But which .zips? Plz tell me in detail.

1.Are you rooted?
2.What ROM you have?
3.What kernel you have?

Custom ROM + custom kernel +tweaks =score over 7k :fingers-crossed:

If you know all of this then just flash Adreno_Booster_v0.3_Minimal_Edition.zip and Disable_CPU_Rendering.zip (only for Gingerbread) :silly:

Is it possible to mod the build.prop only with phone or i need a pc?maybe I need to do it cause I see a lag at gallery

I am a heavy gamer on my stock gb and I dont want to loose gaming ability of my phone and yet want to cross over 7k, still your answer be same??

Disabling cpu will not affect your gaming to much.

How to overclock :
1.Flash a custom kernel
2.Download SetCPU or No-frills CPU Control
NOTE: OC your CPU will produce some extra heat

in build.prop where exactly i put the lines?
At the end, at the top or doesn't matter?

well i modded build.prop with es file explorer, mounted /system RW and i added the lines at the end, then saved the file

Restarted 2 times and.....well i cant tell for sure cause phone has allready superfast UI(i use zeam launcher too)
No lag at all, it is like having a new phone!!!!
