What do the Round icons do? Do I need to install it together with pixel gapps? Are they not included in gapps?

The Round Icons put the icons in the Pixel style, it is not necessary to install it together with the Pixel-GApps, and they are not included in the Pixel-GApps.

step taken as always mentioned on op, wipe dalvik-cache, flash rom, flash gapps

I installed pixel fonts after pixel gapps but it does not seem to change anything....all the fonts in the settings are same as before.
Am I missing some step?
