I've noticed the DEEP bass rite off the rip when i was cutting a customers hair he even was like daaaam! Only thing i don't know anything about an htc music app to adjust settings? Where do I get that?

Ok, flashed the zip and, of course, no file was copied. So, manually pushed the files to their location in /system, restarted, and...
Sound is superb, but it was already superb before (with Voodoo Sound), and I can´t tell for sure wheter it is different or not now (I am using the original earphones).
SGS I with MIUI 2.2.24 Ginger.

Is there any benefit to this if I don't listen to Hip-Hop/RnB/DubStep etc?

It's just an EQ, if you want EQ then use PowerAmp or DSP Manager and tweak things properly.

It it actually processing the audio in any other way, or is it JUST EQ? If so, then can someone work out the frequencies & value changes, then we could just make a "Beats Audio" profile for DSP Manager.

A software DSP can't totally compensate for poor hardware such as the Yamaha chips in the later model Samsungs.

yea i got an installation aborted on my HTC Hero CM7 2.3.5
Copied to sd, flashed in cwm the same I would for any other .zip file, and it aborted twice. Tried re-downloading the file and same thing. any idea what I could be doing wrong? I realize this is a samsung thread, but this should work on a htc, yes?

I just flashed this on an ICS Sammy rom and all I can say is..... OHMYFREAKINGGOD! I thought I had the perfect eq settings in Power Amp, but this has just made everything so damn epic!

Did you mount system? Do you have to do that on your phone? I know on my Epic i'm running MTD & we have to mount /system for some zips that are not coded right for the MTD mod
