looks like it works for me i am on miui v9 cant tell the diff maybe bass a bit,also i have bug,my loudness scale goes from 0% to 40%(max volume) after tehn up to 100% no change.
Edir: seams like its up to my headphone's and well i can say sound is amazing when connected straight to my sony home stereo system.

Well, I cannot do a real comparison with the previous version because before flashing KPU i wasn't on ext4 and i'm on KPU for less than a day so by now i've noticed a little more smoothness but nothing more then this...

I'll try to follow your advice and put the files in /system but what about permissions on these files? thanks!

Hmm, i just looked at the permissions after i patched this, for owner it was set to read-write and for others that was left, just read. With these permissions, i noticed a difference with bass and also cleaner sound. I use it with ganeshbiyer's audio patch.

Oh, that's why. Im on kpn and already converted to ext4, but no big improvements though, maybe just for me. Im other forums, im waiting for some changelogs to convince me to update to kpu.

Extract and u will know. Put files in /system/bin in /system/bin of your phone.

Use xplore so that it would be easier to place the file in their respective folders.

For those who are wondering "will this ever work on other phones?" The answer is yes. I've flashed this into my Xperia X10, and I can those little differences.

Hi,

First of all this is great! There is definitely improvement in sound..no doubt! The songs have more punch than ever listening through my ATH-M50's.

But sadly, I have lost the ability to play my FLACs. I tried different players but doesn't work! Is there a workaround for this? Imagine playing FLACs with this thing on! Man!

You're welcome. That's what i use instead of root explorer and it makes things easier. Though i still have root explorer installed.
