thanks for finding this.actually, the weather widget is included, but it looks kinda wierd
also the font, when you press menu is not very visible

Here is a fix. I don't know if it works, because I can't test it(haven't this problem.)
But I don't really know how to fix the 2nd bug. I probably need a good instruction how to theme app-parts like that. Probably you can find me a good tutorial how to do things like that.

I don't know really how to edit app parts like popup, so I can't really fix it. Probably you can search for me a tutorial where I can learn more about advanced theming. Would be really nice.

Don't know. Many parts I can't do for 4.1.2 because it's a other android version. But I will try it on weekend. I'm now really busy with school exams.
OP, it would be nice if you mention which apps have been ported and which ones have been themed.
I'm saying this specially because I have seen a lot of S4 accuweather widgets ports, but none of them is the real app from S4 but a themed app to make it look like the one from S4.
Those who have used an S4 know what I'm talking about.

I don't know if i should put the camera in because it's really buggy. (For example Camcorder is not working).

But please make it working on 4.1.2 because 4.2.1 Rom (XXUFMB3) have some big issues :
- Battery life not as good AT ALL !!!
- It's a bit laggy, getting slow from time-time
- Uses almost twice as much RAM as stable 4.1.2
