[MOD] PRL Write Enabler for Sprint Galaxy S4 [MDC][MDL][MJA]

Can someone tell me and link me to a good LTE PRL SITE for this? I used the 0001 on my S2 back in the day but it wasnt LTE, but definatly need this when i travel. And im assumiing its the same as b4 about using to much Roaming data? So we can do this on Stock rooted or Custom Rom like TriForce? Im still on MF9 but was about to Flash TriForce 5.0 which is MJA.
