[MOD] Remove Power Saving Mode Notification On aurora Rom .

This will hide the ongoing Power Saving notification in the pulldown. You can get back that area for other notifications.
I tested on Aurora port 5 V8.2. Of course, it might be able to run on older versions of Aurora rom.(Works fine)
1. Download my mod.
2.Copy to system/secsettings/
3.Set permision and reboot. (Backup your file)
