Yeah! I did it, I've just modified original logo and have nice logo now.
You can do it on your own. Get logo from cbf archive (logo.bin), make a copy (logo_fixed.bin)
get this free tool for offset coping (http://sourceforge.net/projects/swissfileknife/?source=dlp) and execute
sfk170.exe partcopy logo.bin 512 874800 logo_fixed.bin 1750528 -yes

flash it with fastboot:
fastboot flash logo logo_fixed.bin

Profit!

I'll upload my fixed file shortly.

I've just checked on my spouse's min. All these logos works on XT1030 like a charm! So it covers the whole MAXX\Ultra\mini line.

yeah I was able to do this as well with hex but it is stuck as orange it doesn't change color anymore. I really want to figure out how to get the colors to change again.

This is a script to install boot logo all you do is unzip put phone in bootloader. The logo you want to flash in the unzipped folder and run flash logo reboot and your done. These logos do not have original Droid Maxx\ultra\mini functionality, there is no charging logo when you start charging your phone being turned off.
I would not recommend to use these logos. It might be harmless, but I would prefer original behavior with only logo replaced\changed.

May be I'll make my own tool for our line soon.

That's incorrect my phone has the battery charger when off. I believe the script just replaces the logo and leaves the battery charger alone. I did not use the logo he created just the script to install the logo I posted above and that logo leaves the battery charger whenoff intact.

That was about the logo you posted before your post about script. I thought it was created with that script.
I'll check the script later and write back. First thing which is confusing is image size, but that is possible to adjust with script, I was thinking about it on my side. Let me check.

I don't think you can...flash with fastboot command on PC.

I'm a little confused. I changed my bootloader logo and it looks fine but I don't get charging logo when plugged in. Do any of these mods have the original logo for the maxx before unlocked?
