well i did as the guide said but i have 2 problems
-the notification header color changed but not to the color value entered
-the "no notification" bar which has clear button in case of a notification .. its color didnt change

Not sure wht you mean....but find and look at the png mentioned in the ic_notify_button_bg.html...

I've got the icons but they are in firmware only like this.
Background needs to be added.

the extra toggles disappear....it is up to you to try.

on and off toggles are done,
I will do dimmed toggles tomorrow, also needs resizing and renaming.
