No it doesnt!
The mod is for touchwiz rom 4.4.4 with note 4 framework!

It might work for you. But I recommend you making a nandroid back-up ok. It's done from your custom recovery.

You do know the OP it's no longer using the S3. And have moved on, so don't think there will be any updates to the mod.

It works for me all S3 based 4.4.4 Rom's....
