[MOD] Sense 3.0 Lock Rings [2.3.3 and 2.3.4][10.10.2011]

Custom lock rings for Sense 3.0 ... Now compatible with 2.3.4

Some of these lock rings had a modded rosie, so I just extracted the lock ring image and recreated a flashable.zip for a Sense 3.0 custom ring
Also extracted the Synergy black lock ring from my DInc1

I will be adding a few more over time that I come across.

NOTE: I have now have lock rings compatible with Virtuous Unity 2.37 and 2.39
Since I am short on time now, if you ask me to make a custom lock ring for 2.39, I will. I just don't have the time now to go back and convert all of these again.

From what I have read, there are no png files to replace in 2.3.5. I am running a 2.3.3 based ROM and they work fine. Haven't tested 2.3.4 yet

I will install Virtuous Unity 2.37 today at work and test em out.

I'll update OP with what base is/are compatible.

EDIT: Don't install on Virtuous Unity 2.37 You will have no lockscreen. I will pull the framework and idlescreen.apk files out and modify them tonight to see if I can get it to work.

Well I installed Virtuous Unity 2.37 and made a nandroid. Flashed the ring it didn't work. Luckily I still have the nandroid so Ill revert back to it tonight and check it out, and also apply those themes that came with it and see what I can do.

I looked at your ROM and it is actually a little different than the others. Try this one and see if it works. Remember to do a nandroid just in case.

Unfortunately, it didn't work. When I tried to flash it, it aborted and sad the zip was bad. Idk. I know Nils puts the files in a different place than the other roms. I'll have to look, but somewhere in his thread he talks about the location for the lock ring and stuff cause I know another developer was trying to make lock rings that worked with his rom.

What was the error message? And what version of CWM do you have?

And yes his files are located in /data/system.app whereas others are all located in /system/app
