Here I'm sharing my version (my interpretation) of a simple Sense 5 look Lockscreen that should work and tested on the stock skins (ROM base 3.18.401.1)
- Default, Aluminum, Matte, Steel, Graphic and Concrete.

Features:

1) slide down the shortcut icons to activate the app
2) slide down to accept or reject call ( as usual pull the lock icon up to answer call when at lockscreen)
3) pull (slide up) to unlock the lockscreen)

Usual routine applies - make a nandroid backup before flashing mods

I'm on sense 5 already so no use for this, but I must say it is almost exactly correct..I was looking for this months ago lol still nice work.
