Add SystemUI AnimCall status bar notification

Notification for this mod. Animated tricolor notification in the status bar when an incoming call, when during a call, it switches from the phone's home screen or lock screen.

Maybe you need to put on a clean firmware - All my MODs compatible with 4.18 for
ROM] Android Revolution HD 31.1,
