put Odex to internal card
run terminal
su
copy cp -r /storage/sdcard0/android.policy.odex to /system/
change permissions chmod -R 777 /system/android.policy.odex
copy again cp -r /system/android.policy.odex to /system/framework
change permissions chmod -R 777 /system/framework/android.policy.odex
reboot
be happy!

I've tried this. Terminal emulator says cp: no such directory. "Odex" is that the whole package or just the file from the zip that's going onto the sd?

I extracted the files from the zip onto the internal memory. I then opened the skip track terminal file as a text document and copied and pasted the commands in terminal emulator. The phone rebooted by itself. It worked after that. I'm not on any ROM. Just rooted. Hope this helps.
