Xperia Z 5.1.1 here and lolipop option didnt work for me so i used the aroma and selected kitkat version and it worked like a charm

But you'll have to enable the speaker during calls cause otherwise you won't hear anything

So does this work fine on Lineage OS 14.1? Any way to have it work without needing to turn the speaker on manually in calls?

ok i have it working under rr rom with no call bug copy the xml file into /system/etc with a root file explorer then reboot... and it worked with no problems and sound is loader then normal thx arty96 for fix ps i use this rom [ROM][7.1.2] Resurrection Remix N v.5.8.3 [YUGA] i think it works with all roms just try it

it not work anymore with new roms cause things in mixer_paths change i not an expert but maybe someone can create new build you can use a nice tool like winmerge to check the edits hope somebody can create new mixer_paths file for stereo mod
