Its a single zip file. Go to the top left on name of .zip file and click it, you will see the download option.

Balliboxer asked my permission for him to use them ..... I'm cool with people using my stuff .... That's what Android is all about

U guys r expert in theming duos
Can u make a addon whcih give transparent lockscreen.

My old Galaxy y had Repencies ROM installed & i never used another lockscreen as its quite handy as u can see whats going on screen without need to unlock it

Repencies ROM is still in xda .
If u wanna see u can.

& here there is a xda project tht hv done same thing. May be we can port tht
