is this enough for my phone to show android version 6.6.6. in settings?

I think that Unlimited Boost script is an int.d script, while these are build.prop tweaks. I think they are different. Why not download the script and check what the contents are.

with root explorer/root browser/es file explorer you go to system/etc/init.d and delete all files.
