For. 587 update go to my post in hdpi ( arc) then do as I said, and after everything is done install the settings.apk i've given through root explorer

mean that..i flash the mod in thread arc..then where i can get the setting.apk?i didnt see the apk file in your thread..and 1 more thing,im now using real ics r3 which base on .587..so this mod can i apply to my phone??

Ok i don't understand something... You wrote that android.policy is only needed file, so can i install it manually with any root explorer?
You said that framework files are not needed so would it work if i manually copy "android.policy.jar" and "android.policy.odex" to "system/framework" folder? Or it is not needed for modding only? I'm on odexed stock rom. Thanks for reply in advance.

However, i had bootlops with or without LED Fix, on stock odexed rom, so i think the LED Fix isn't the problem, because the only file that is changed is "services.odex" (in fix, that i use).

Aeon's mod don't affect "services.odex so i think this should't be a problem. Maybe try LED fix from my link and it will work together.

Oh, u have .587 firmware, i dunno it will work for u. BTW, do you using Aeon's MDPI mod for Ray?? I thought that Ray is a HDPI device...

Check if your ROM is ODEXED or DEODEXED and use proper files for ur ROM.
If any version isn't working, probably it's that u have .587 FW which i think is not supported by this mod

No but you can head to my arc page and check it out , but make sure a backup cause there may be framework difference , and cause am a bit busy (and cause i dont own an mdpi phone) thats why i didnt update this thread lately ,sorry
