I have made the mod 4 way , CRT , ink , track skip via volume :
Tested it on my phone , wait I will upload it here in few secs
Check the attachment for download , SORRY that i by mistake removed MEEMO23 name from it.

@Meemo23 I re-odexd you files so odex users can enjoy this. Working great, tested both normal and ink version on stock XXELK4.

You mean this file loses the multi window mod when you flash it?

Though in this mod, he added the lines from the V2S mod and editting cond values.
So this work for for both ELK4 and ELKC, if you want crt off, flash that first to get the services.jar and then flash this one.
It was really annoying that I decided to decompile policy jar file last night and realise they are the same ...

thanks, tried it today it so far it's working fine. I flashed it after flashing foxhound v1.6, so is this alright or what do you mean by crt off? thanks
If you want the CRT off effect, flash that and then flash this again to get all the mods + CRT off at the same time.
Just reference in case someone want the CRT off like I do.
