I've based the file on miui 11. A few files from 10 are probably different. Thus, making it not work. :/Hi. In miui 10 stock rom unlocked with magisk e with no audio mod this tweak doesn't work. Have I to change the kernel in order to make it work? Thanks in advance.
Ok. I'll have a look.Ok thank so much. I will give you file. But one thing i didn't mention i am using dolby and viper. Here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-1ZBaikuQC3FgtxwlooC6wg4_fNI3mux/view?usp=drivesdk

Went upto 91 without any crackling and didn't wanna take it any further in any case. Might even dial it down a notch. Hopefully it won't hurt the earpiece speakers on the long run.Go to the following folder path system/vendor/etc, then open the "mixer_paths.xml" in there, search for the line/paragraph with "earpiece" in it. Change the "RX1_Digital_Volume" value to your desired number. Please note that the number should never exceed 100. The highest I've seen is 95 on the Redmi 5 I think. Increase it step by step. Put the volume to the max when listening to music, cover the bottom one, and listen for crackling in the earpiece. If you hear any crackling, lower the volume immediately to prevent permanent damage. Then dial the number back a bit in the modified file. Once you find the highest and safest value for RN7, please report back so I can modify for it for everyone to use it. Good luck!
Thanks for trying out the mod and reporting back bugs! Some people just say the problem without giving any details, even if you try to get more info about the bugs. So props to you mate! Now about the bug, I saw a few lines where it didn't match my mod lines. So I've modified them accordingly. I think that's causing the issue. I'll revert it back and let you try it as a disclosed mod. I'll message you when it's done. (Probably during the weekend).Ok, it works when I manually copy the mixer_paths.xml file over to the vendor\etc folder (as a magisk module it isn't working for me). Affter that the only problem is with incoming calls. I can not hear the caller until I put it on speaker. Then I can hear the caller. After that I can take it off speaker and continue hearing the caller through the phone. All incoming calls continue the same way. I am running MIUI 11 on a redmi note 7, magisk 20.1. Tried the Morfuz kernel and experienced the same. Let me know what I can provide to help trouble shoot this if you have any ideas. Thanks, Rick
*I will watch the video to see if I can find anything obvious.
Great! Thank you! Let me know if there is any other information that I can provide. I appreciate your efforts. Thanks for trying out the mod and reporting back bugs!
