[MOD] Wake up with the Trackball

I tried a Desire mod for waking the screen with the Trackball and it works
Thanks to the authors of this mod ( thread : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=696907 )
It works perfectly on a HTC Legend, here is the file

To install this mod :
- Unzip the package
- Use the command prompter : adb push curcial-oj.kl /system/usr/keylayout

Here you are

You must be root for this mod.

PS : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=7355986&postcount=12 : a zip file to flash in recovery mode ( thanks to wxyuan90 )

your command to type for adb says curcial-ok.jl but the rar when extracted is curcial-oj.kl So question is which it it?

I'm rooted, but when I try this I get failed to copy....:Read-only file system error.

Got it pushed over. This mod is suppose to wake the phone from the black screen right? As this does not work for me? I still have to press the power button.

Look up No Lock in the market, it's free and disables the lock screen and allows any button to wake/unlock the screen.
