Does this toolbox work on Sense Home Version : 9.13.933077 (released 7th June 2017)?
I am running Kitkat (4.4.4) with Xposed on my M8 and wondering if it is safe to update Sense Home.

Yes. I'm on an HTC 10 running Home 9.14, so you should be fine.
