Hey guys, I'm well aware that many options are broken with Android 13, and I haven't gotten the time to investigate yet. What is weird is that according to the AOSP source code, almost everything should still work, so I'll have to decompile the SystemUI APK and see what's up, but that's gonna take some time and right now I don't have much. Thank you for your patience!

Hey guys, I haven't had much time, but I did manage to put together an Android 13 build with broken features disabled. I also fixed the Outlook device policy workaround that stopped working with a recent update (pissed me the most) and I fixed the Carrier Text feature.

Here is a list of what is not working on Android 13 for now :
- Double tap to sleep on statusbar or lockscreen
- Prevent accidental wake up
- Screen off notifications only
- Quick unlock
- Show battery duration estimate on expanded QS
- Adjust height for back gesture

I'll try and fix them when time permits.

Enjoy!

I'm using this on Android 13.

When I turn on the toggle for "Screen off notifications only Prevent sound and vibration when screen is on"

I don't get notification sound when screen is on as intended, but vibration is also triggering... Can dev fix this please?
Sorry, but I can't reproduce this behavior and looking at the code I really don't see how this could be happening. What ROM and what phone are you using?

Not yet, and to be honest I don't quite understand what is expected. Should all notifications always be expanded?
A notification has actionable buttons to them and they are hidden when they get sent, this is because they are being automatically collapsed. The theory is one can tap on the top third of the notification to expand it and reveal those buttons while also revealing the whole notification itself. Google does this to save space but some people [me] would rather have these buttons visible at all times. I, for one, would also like to have the full notification in view at all times too.

Not only will this keep the actionable buttons visible for each notification at all times, but I will also be able to read more of the notification itself since it’s not being shortened to save space.

Hi from Vancouver Canada. Gravity Box used to enable this. It is super helpful, as less clicking is better 😁
Keepass password manager creates a notification containing copyable user and pass but it is collapsed by default and it requires clicks to expand. Slows things down in an annoying fashion.
All my notifications are there because I want them to be, so collapsing them is annoying waste of time.

Thanks for your work!

... a new build is up which fixes Quick unlock on Android 13. I also added Expanded notifications...
Feature request 1: Please see the screenshot attached for a few features that would be very useful in noisy situations. Would it be possible for you to implement these in your Mod? (GravityBox has them.)

Feature request 2: Please see the screenshots attached, which are self-explanatory. I could provide more info/pics, if required.

I'm sorry but I don't really take feature requests. I did take a look at expanded notifications because I was familiar with that piece of code and it turned out to be trivial to implement, so I added it, but I barely have time to maintain the actual features...

    Hi guys,

I'm new to developing with Xposed, but I got a few tricks working that I think might interest some of you. It has been tested only on stock Android 13 (Pixel 6). There is a simple user interface that can be launched through xposed manager to choose what mods that you want. However, a reboot is needed every time you change a setting. Here is what can be done :

    - Force dark theme even on light wallpaper (Android 8.1 only)
    - Replace voice assist with phone on lockscreen (Android 8.0 and 8.1 only)
    - Always show the navbar on the right when in landscape (Android 8.0, 8.1 and 9 only)
    - Hide next alarm on the lockscreen and in the quick settings and the icon in the status bar
    - Show 4G instead of LTE
    - Hide LTE+/4G+ (always show LTE/4G)
    - Hide ADB notification
    - Hide VPN notification
    - Hide "Network may be monitored"
    - Hide the build version in the QS when developer options are enabled (Android 10+)
    - Double tap to sleep on statusbar or lockscreen (Android 12+)
    - Volume keys control cursor
    - Volume keys skip track
    - Power key toggle torch (with proximity check)
    - Prevent accidental wake up
    - Less frequent notifications
    - Screen off notifications only
    - Change the carrier text
    - Bypass Outlook device policy
    - Quick unlock (Android 12+)
    - Show battery duration estimate on expanded QS (Android 12+)
    - Force small clock on lockscreen (Android 12 and 12.1 only)
    - Adjust height for back gesture (Android 12+)
    - Expanded notifications (Android 12+)

    Enjoy and provide feedback!

    New EdXposed version

    Hi guys,

Those who want to try the new EdXposed version 0.4.6.0 but don't want to use the custom Magisk build, use this version instead. I added back the sepolicy permissions to make it work.

    Enjoy!

    Hi guys,

I just pushed a new version in the OP that is compatible with Android 12. For now the proximity wake up function is disable because the underlying functions have been rewritten in Android 12 and I didn't have the time to look into it.

Hiding the next alarm on the lockscreen is also not working for Android 12. I'll try to fix it in the coming days, but it seems to be a bug with LSPosed. I'll keep you guys posted.

Please let me know how it goes and report any issues you might encounter.

    Enjoy!

    Hi guys,

new build is up with working Prevent accidental wake up for Android 12. I also added LSPosed scopes so it will be easier to enable the required packages.

Still have to figure out why the alarm isn't hidden on the lockscreen on Android 12.

    Enjoy!
