Requires Xposed Framework!

This module forces Immersive mode for all applications on KitKat. The effect is similar to CM's Expanded Desktop mode.

Users wanting to configure this on a per-app basis should look out for an App Settings update, when I push a patch against it.

Works perfectly thank you.

Only complaint is that swiping from the edge also scrolls the page I'm on.

opening keyboard makes the navbar appear (which is logical since it has the down button to close the keyboard), but when i close it, the navbar doesn't hide itself

Pressing the back button is a work around. Although, of course, you know...

Need the ability to turn it off on the homescreen, or move the dock down. I have a big blank space where the navbar used to be.

I'd like to add that it sometimes cuts off apps at the top. For instance:

So, it sometimes takes having to exit said app, to restore the top.

Just swipe up on the status bar. It will hide itself.

When the status bar is transparent yes, but not when it's fully black...it stays stuck that way. I have to press the home button and then switch back to the app. Other than that, this mod is awesome.

first runs present 2 issues, for apps that already have an underlay dont think they are full screened. other apps can still override the full screen status. combined with hiding nav bar fixes the offset bugs though.

nice for a first run though, will be watching this closely

PS: if you can preserve it, I do like the periodic popup of the notification shade

pps: 3rd issue, because your actually hooking the change event and letting changes slip through, terminal flips out and is inusable, please fix

take whatsapp for example, if you open the keyboard, type something, then close it, the typebox disappears under the navbar, it's annoying having to press the back button to make the navbar disappear so i could open the keyboard again.

Awesome module. I noticed two issues with it myself. 1. When using LMT (Pie) I can't use the control to bring down the notification shade. It doesn't do anything when I click that item. 2. Chatheads for Facebook Messenger don't show up then they will randomly show up for a split second then go away. Other then that, I am loving this, makes my Note 2 even "bigger". Thanks!

I got around that by using expanded desktop + PIE. I use the mod for the status bar only.

Are you still on 4.4? I think 4.4.1 fixed the status bar bug.

Yes it will. Give it a go.

I think if there is a black list or white list for applications will be better.
We don't have to make all apps run as immersive mode.
Why not set a list to make in-list app run as immersive mode.

Immersive mode for Fifa 14 (black bar in the way)

Hello. It's a very nice mode, it work flawlessly in apps from what I've seen. However when playing games like Fifa 14, GT Racing 2 or Asphalt 8 it seems like it doesn't expand the screen properly and it remains a black bar where the navigation bar supposed to be. Has anyone have any idea why this happens? Thanks

I have also found the same issue. I'm trying to play Fifa 14 in full immersive mode but I still get a black bar on the far right were the navigation keys supposed to be. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to play Fifa 14 in full immersive mode without the black bar??
