Hi, I have update xposed and now mod collection don't work... it say enable module but module is enable (tick on xposed)

Mod Collection had only ever been approved from what I knew, and it was listed as an approved program in the Superuser app with allowed on all the logs. I removed it from the Superuser list but did not get another approval prompt, only the error... Will update post when I know more.

I have exactly the same problem as you.
I get the cannot write /data/xposed/collection4ouya

I have root allowed for it, and I have no clue what is going on.

Any ideas anybody?

EDIT: After deleting the file /data/xposed/collection4ouya it seems to work now!

Go to the first page of this thread.
Click on the link to the exposed framework there, go to download, and use that version.

I finally got the play store to work! I unchecked the turn on play store box in mods and then it worked. It would come on then give me ouya framework errors and I would click it and go about my way. So I decided to turn on that play store box again and reboot. Still getting the framework error randomly now and seems like the system lags a bit and randomly stops responding. Any ideas there?

Same problem here, I updated the ouya, reinstalled su and the xposed-framework (most recent version).
The mod-installation runs flawless, it seems like it is activated in the xposed menu, but it says with every
settings-change that it has to be enabled first. I rebooted several times, I think it is somehow incompatible with the newest xposed framework, can somebody confirm this? (Framework)
(btw: I have NO /data/xposed/)

The mod collection is not working for me on latest stock plus and newest Xposed. Play store mod does work though, do if it will not work in mod collection. Install it separately or rollback Xposed. I'm content to wait, because I'm not sure rolling back Xposed is a great idea considering I use other modules as well.

Edit: I got it working now, after I checked it in xposed and restarted my OUYA but when I press the on/off button I get "Cannot write /data/xoised/collection4ouya"

Big thanks and respect to your work, Thank you Iam one of many that is frustrated with OUYA's lack of Overscan fix update. And how they just let it go as buy a new tv. But it took a community of people to do the work for them. Iam backer and had belived in OUYA. Iam glad you came up with a overscan fix because its clear ouya wont do it. Now i can use the ouya the way i wanted too. Thanks again

Great bunch of tools the 720p and disable over scan worked great. I can't get the play store to work correctly. Shows up but either times out or no connection it is saying. Tried manually pushing as well. Not sure what could be missing. On wifi as well saw the ethernet caused some issues. Any input would be great.

Im getting some update that keeps trying to install today even though the updates are turned off. Im not even sure what update it is since i just already did the last update and i cant find release notes on any new update. but I cant start the ouya launcher without installing it nova launcher boots fine but as soon as i switch to ouya launcher it starts installing. And everytime i install the new update it goes on fine but next time i boot into recovery my cwm recovery is back to stock no big deal but i was wondering if this happens to anyone else.


Edit: It was the external storage update is everyone getting it today it works good so far.

Change: Moga Pivot, must install to make Moga emulation works
Add: Virtual mouse in Moga Enhanced Games, press L1, R1, Left Thumb & Right Thumb to activate
Add: Ouya Launcher hack, for some apps(like DH4) can't launch in the MAKE menu

Hello I'm new to Ouya but not new to modding Android. I have my Ouya rooted and Xposed installed and have selected to option to disable auto update. But lately I've been getting a system update. I've let it download and when it tries to install I get the Ouya exclamation mark eror. Can someone tell me how I can get the update to install.

If you see the RED " ! " Screen it means that you don't have CWM recovery installed on your OUYA, You have to install CWM Recovery in order for the update to install, go into the "Mod Collection app" and click on " Install CWM Recovery" then plug in a USB keyboard into your OUYA and let it update, when it reboots to install the update and you see the black OUYA screen hit the HOME key on the keyboard and your now on CWM Recovery,use the up and down ARROW keys to scroll down to "install zip from SD" and is going to ask you "are you sure you want to install this untrusted zip" or something like that and just enter YES in order to install the update, after is all done installing the update just hit ENTER on REBOOT SYSTEM NOW and then is going to ask you ( i can remember exactly what it says cause on my tv some of the text gets cut off, sorry) if you want to disable recovery or something just hit ENTER on NO...

Does anyone else play dungeon hunter 3 with this mod? For some reason I cant get the left thumbstick to work the dpad works fine but it messes me up i always go for thumbstick. And when I try to play dungeon hunter 4 its too slow and jerky to play even when I force 720p. How are you getting DH4 to be playable? I wonder why games that play great with no problems on my nexus 7 on high graphics are not even playable on ouya on low settings when it has the same hardware I dont get that.
