[MOD][XPOSED][Q] Fingerprint Enabler for Android 10

If you are using whitelist then make sure com.android.systemui on the list.

About:
"The android 6 GOOGLE has introduced restrictions of work with a fingerprint scanner: after switching on your device, you need to enter the PIN \ password once, and banned the use of the scanner when the device is locked by third-party applications.

BUG:
If you can't remove your old fingerprint. Try to delete /data/system/user/0/fpdata and /data/system/user/0/settings_fingerprint.xml and reboot.
